Please review these booking and service terms. They help us deliver great results safely and on time.

By scheduling an appointment with NXT Level Carpet Cleaning, you agree to the policies below. These guidelines ensure the best results and a smooth, safe service for everyone.

Before We Arrive

  • Vacuuming: For best results, please thoroughly vacuum all areas before our arrival to remove loose debris. If you’d like us to vacuum, we offer this service at $10 per area.
  • Clear access: Please move small items, toys, or breakables from the areas being cleaned. We can work around large furniture unless otherwise arranged.

Arrival Window

We provide a 2–3 hour arrival window. We do our best to arrive near the start of the window, but traffic and job conditions can vary. We’ll text or call 20–30 minutes before we arrive.

Access Requirement

An adult 18+ must be present or provide clear entry instructions for us to begin service.

Pet & Child Safety

For everyone’s safety, please keep pets and children away from equipment and freshly cleaned areas until completely dry.

Stain & Odor Notes

We use professional-grade products and equipment, but some stains (e.g., dyes, rust, paint, severe pet issues) and odors may be permanent. No specific stain or odor removal can be guaranteed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 24 hours’ notice is requested for changes or cancellations so we can fill the time slot.
  • Late cancellations (inside 24 hours) may be subject to a $50 fee.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to decline service if a job presents safety risks, unsanitary conditions, or differs materially from what was described during booking.

Payment

Full payment is due upon job completion before the technician departs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
